What kind of counselling do you offer?
Short-term, Christ-centred counselling to help you navigate life's challenges.
Do I need counselling just for prayer?
No — submit a prayer request instead, and our prayer team will pray for you.
What happens after I submit a request?
We'll contact you by phone or email within 3–5 working days to arrange a session.
Who's on the counselling team?
Counsellors experienced in pastoral counselling.
Can I request counselling for someone else?
We ask that the person seeking counselling reach out personally, to protect the confidentiality of their information.
Is it confidential?
Yes, with limited exceptions: suspected abuse or harm, risk to the counsellee or others, or a legal obligation to disclose.
When are sessions held?
Weekdays, during office hours, by appointment only.
Is there a cost?
No — counselling is free for our congregation.
